Privacy policy

WrapBay ("we") gives sign and vehicle-wrap shops one board for their jobs: customers, proofs and approvals, install visits and notes. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.

What we store

• Your account: your email address and a securely hashed password, handled by Amazon Cognito.
• Your shop's records: customers and their contact details, jobs (type, vehicle or site, due dates, quoted prices, internal notes), proof files you upload, customer approvals with the name typed and the time, install visits with site addresses and contacts, notes, team roles, and who recorded each change. Proof files are stored privately and opened through short-lived links.
• Page-view analytics: the page visited, referring site, browser user agent, rough location when available, and a one-way hash of the IP address that changes daily. We never store the raw IP address.
• Feedback you send, with your email if you give it.
• Billing: Stripe processes payments. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan, never your card number.

Who sees what

Your owner decides who joins your shop and in what role. Designers see only the jobs assigned to them, never prices. Installers see only the install visits assigned to them and those jobs' approved proofs. Each proof version you send has its own customer link: anyone with that link can see that proof, the job's title, number and type (never prices or internal notes), and can approve it or request changes. The customer's typed name, note and the time are saved.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and random IDs to count visits and sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Who processes your data

Amazon Web Services provides hosting, database, and sign-in; Stripe processes payments; and Resend sends transactional email. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Your company's records stay until you delete them or ask us to close the account. Analytics are kept in aggregate form for as long as they remain useful.

Your choices

You can export customers and jobs as CSV. To get a copy of everything, correct personal information, or delete your account and company data, contact us.
